You can upload your video at any time up to the close of entries (27th of every month).
Go to your My Dressage Anywhere page. Choose your horse and tick/untick the checkboxes for privacy and rules. If you're a member of a team you can toggle the Individual/Team Member button.
The video may take some time depending on your broadband speed and size of the file.
Once uploaded you'll be returned to your My Dressage Anywhere page where you should check that it's been uploaded.
Refresh the page after a few minutes and you should see the status message 'Video being processed' change to a thumbnail view of your video.
If you see 'Video failed processing' your video hasn't uploaded and you will need to contact us to remove it for you. Check your file format is accepted by Dressage Anywhere and ensure there are no interruptions to your internet connection.
